Technical Sales Manager

GEPS Techno operates across a wide array of markets, including vessel equipment, maritime surveillance, carbon capture and storage (CCS), scientific monitoring, energy dikes, offshore communications, and more—offering turnkey products and services tailored to meet our clients’ needs.
Position Overview
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding GEPS Techno’s commercial presence by promoting our technologies, developing strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be the bridge between our innovative engineering team and the market, ensuring technical excellence is matched by commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Promote and sell GEPS Techno’s products and technologies across targeted markets
- Identify new leads and emerging opportunities in line with company strategy
- Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals, from quotation to contract
- Support negotiations and follow up until orders are secured
- Coordinate with a network of international agents and partners
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and European industry events
- Contribute to the adaptation and creation of marketing materials and tools
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B commercial experience in at least two of our target markets, or project management experience with a strong desire to transition into a sales-oriented role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a persuasive and customer-focused approach
- Technical background that enables you to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business development and industry events
